I have a serious issue with my few database database

my setup is 2 node DAG with 16 Databases

suddenly one of the node information store stopped and database went to failed and suspended state

below is the log

database state is in clean shutdown, but fail to mount

Hi, If the only problem you have are databases that you cannot move, check if database health is ok on second node and re-seed database from node which is ok. A nice step by step article is here http://exchangeserverpro.com/how-to-reseed-a-failed-mailbox-database-copy-in-exchange-server-2010/ If you cannot start information store as well, send errors you see in application event log.

however I am losing 2 months email if I am reseeding the database, which is very difficult for my business.

is there any work around to mount the database and re3cover the data

As a workaround to mount your Exchange Server database, you need to use a 3rd party utility. Please use SysTools Exchange Recovery to quickly mount your database and recover all of your emails from it.

If the secondary DB copies weren't lagged, then you shouldn't lose data, as per MStoppl recommendation. What error do you get when you attempt to mount the database ?

Thank you for your question.

We should make sure the status of Exchange services is started instead of starting, then make sure the Exchange database could connect to DC without any problems, check if there are any errors in application log and send them to ibsexc@microsoft.com for our troubleshooting.

As you are facing problems in mounting your database I hope this thread will help:http://recover-email.blogspot.in/2014/06/how-to-restore-data-from-edb-file-which.html

However at first you need to be sure about your database state i.e If your database is in consistent state or not.If so you should try to repair it using inbuilt utilities such as Isintig & Eseutil. If that does not works, you should try to restore your database from backup. 

But as you told, after reseeding of database you are not able to access all of your mailboxes, so in your case avoiding all complexities it would be best to perform Exchange database recovery using professional recovery tool such as Stellar Phoenix Mailbox Exchange Recovery, which could help you to repair corrupt edb files and restores all inaccessible mailbox items. In addition to that after recovery, this software also recovers accidently as well as intentionally deleted mailboxes.

thanks to All who responded and supported me during the crisis,

however none of the solution worked for me.

finally I come across a tool called Kernel for Exchange Server, which allowed me to extract the mailboxes to PST without any data loss.

my scenario was DB replication issue,  so one of the server had deleted Logs and dismounted so the DB on the other server mounted automatically, I lost 4 months of email due to log sync issue.

I copied the corrupted  edb file to another server and used Kernal for Exchange tool, which easily recovered all the mailboxes.
